Returns

1. Default policy

For health and safety reasons, intimate items are not returnable once opened. This is industry-standard and aligned with FDA guidance for personal-care products.

2. Unopened items

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less shipping costs. Contact sales@nnlgroup.co for a return authorization.

3. Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace or refund at our cost. Email sales@nnlgroup.co with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.

4. Warranty claims

Our private-line products (Velvet, Lull, Cove, Aria, Ember, Dune, Noon, Fern) carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party products carry the manufacturer's warranty — contact us and we will help you process the claim.

5. Refund timing

Refunds typically reflect on the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the claim.

6. Refused shipments

If you reject a shipment upon arrival and have it returned to our warehouse unopened, we will refund the original payment method upon receipt, less original shipping costs.
