1. What we collect

To fulfill an order, we collect: your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone (for delivery), and payment information (processed by Shopify Payments — we never see your full card number). For account holders, we also store order history and saved addresses.

2. What we never share

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We never share what you bought, with anyone.

3. Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep your cart, remember the age-verification gate, and measure aggregate traffic via Shopify's built-in analytics. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.

4. Marketing email

If you sign up for our newsletter, we'll send you one quiet email a week. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing sales@nnlgroup.co.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing sales@nnlgroup.co from your account email. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

6. Data security

Card payments are tokenized via Shopify Payments — we never see your full card number. All site traffic is HTTPS. Account passwords are hashed.

7. Children

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, email sales@nnlgroup.co.
