Dimethicone, aka silicone, is an emollient moisturizer that smooths and softens the skin by filling in the gaps between skin cells with hydrating oils. Contains less than 5% silicone. Vitamin E Acetate is an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. Also moisturizes, smooths and improves elasticity. Propylene Glycol is a humectant (prevents water loss) that makes the formula long-lasting.
