"Quiet" is the first filter we use when picking what to list. Every piece below tests under 40dB on its highest setting — manufacturer-verified, double-checked by us. To put that in context: a typical refrigerator runs around 50dB. A whisper is 30dB. A modern vibrator is often above 60dB. If you live with anyone — roommates, family, a sensitive dog — this matters.

Air-pulse stimulation, eight intensities. Slightly louder than the other pieces here (39dB) but the experience is fundamentally different — closer to suction or breath than vibration.

Caveat

Decibel ratings are taken in a quiet room at 1 meter, on the highest setting. Real-world conditions vary — a hard surface will reflect more sound than soft sheets. The principle stands: these five are dramatically quieter than the typical drugstore alternatives.
